Candidate Journey
After you have uploaded your resume, we will contact you if we have the prospect of relevant opportunities. A first telephone screening takes place and if a possible match, followed by a face-to-
face interview.
During the interview, we discuss in detail your experience, knowledge, interests, ambitions, stenghts, passions and expectations, with our in-depth knowledge of the ICT market as background.
After explanation of suitable opportunities (vacancies / projects) and with your approval, we will substantiate your candidacy in detail with our clients.
During the entire process, which we enter into together, we remain your sparring partner for agreement and onboarding, even during the integration period, we will stay in the loop for a while.
